Squash Plant Leaf Issues, Please Diagnose (pics)

I transplanted these squash starts from a hydroponic flood table into containers ~3-4wks ago and they were doing fine up until last week when I started getting yellow fringing, necrotic spots, and some dead-loss. The plants are still flowering and fruiting however the old growth is not looking so healthy and the symptoms are spreading towards new growth.

Soil Mix: 3 parts Bark, 1 part Perlite, 1 part bagged Compost, 1 part Peat, and 1 part potting soil. Soil drains well.

Fertilizer: Once fruiting started going I was watering with a solution mix N-132 P-34 K-200 Mg-26 Ca-79 S-46. Roughly 50ppm Ca additional from water.

Was watering at least once a day, then upped it to twice a day with the recent heatwave. Was concerned it may be nutrient burn so I have been watering with plain water the last few days but issues continue to spread.

Any help, suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
