Newbie seeking seeds - I have trades!

Hi,

Please be gentle - this is my first time trading : ) I have read info postings, but still feel like I will be stumbling through this process.

My roses aren't being very cooperative this year, and I am really wanting some rose seeds to bulk up my garden for hybridizing. If you have any rose plants that you wouldn't mind letting set seed, I would love to trade or send postage.

I am also looking for a variety of seeds, cuttings, and bulbs - especially daylily seeds, interesting rose cuttings, and fall planting bulbs. I have filled out my lists, and I do have items to trade. If I don't have anything you want, please let me know if you are willing to do postage/BE/whatever.

Hi Kelli, I tried to email you a response but it didnt go through. I have plenty of the red cypress vine, however the danish poppy and black cloud are out. I am expecting some lilac pom pom to arrive in a few days, its a beauty! If your in no hurry I can subsitute some of that instead. Also the Red Zinger isnt ready to harvest yet, but will be soon. I saw a few I would love to have in your list too, the echinacea, monarda, and the hyacinth bean. I think my email is listed above in one of the replys. Im new here so I dont know the proper way to contact people, but am totally ok with sending you my address for trade, and if you want to give me yours I can get seeds in the mail for you. If you want to wair a few days for the pom poms to arrive you could do that or I could send them another time. Thanks for your interests and I hope to hear from you soon.

I have some tall cannas if you would like them. 7-9ft, green leaf with red tip, orange flower. They are well behaved and won't spread all over the place. Happy to send you some if they made it and I can find them. Cannas are just coming up and these were thrown in a temporary spot for winter until I get beds set up. I'll have to poke around. Well, I just ordered 9 more varieties, so I'll have some of these for trade before long. I'm looking for a few peppers you can eat straight from the plant, a few that are extremely hot, and a few that would be good for making a hot sauce or salsa. Basically, I'm trying to get as many good varieties that I can. Since I'm a closet/balcony grower, I'd prefer only medium or small sized plants that would do well in containers. I have a large packet of GERMINATING rose seeds (you can read about the varieties on my trade page under Roses mixed)that need a good home. They will have to be transplanted to individual containers and grown for a few weeks before they can be put into the ground.

I also have a lot of different daylily seeds, collected last year but which will still be viable. Send me an email if you are interested.

I have some bloodflower butterfly weed (my favorite plant of all!) and some 4 o'clocks (pink, bright yellow, or white) that I can send you. I know the bloodflower will do well in your zone, not sure about the 4 o'clocks. I also have some canna tubers I can send you - I have red leaves/red flowers, and variegated yellow leaves/yellow-orange flowers. I'd love to trade with anyone - I'm getting geared up for next spring!
