Thank you very much Ron. That helped out great! I appreciate it. Uhm, I'll add a picture that I took of one of my morning glory plants. See, the story is that I bought my morning glory plants from a grocery store (well, one set, another set I bought from a nursery, and another set I bought as seeds and planted myself). The seeds are from McKenzie seeds. That means they would have the problem you mentioned about the not caring what speices is in them. I was just wondering if the SAME problem is with grocery store plants. Do store put different species together, even though they say it's Heavenly Blue? When my morning glories finally flowered they were purple. Like this RICH, very rich, purple. I took a picture (I'll add it later today when it is uploaded after I get home from work) but the purple came out as a deep blue. The plant is purple though, with really dark purple streaks on the inside. I thought it looked like a "Tall Morning Glory", which is I. Purpurea (the picture from the PlantFiles site reminded me of my plant. So, even though the picture may look blue, try to invision purple when you see it, that's my plant. I think that they shouldn't do that. Like, it was cool that I was getting a really nice plant cheap from my local grocery store for my mother on mothers day, but when I find out it's not going to be the one she wanted. That's okay though, we're both fine about it. They're still amazing plants. Lol. Oh, and if I cross fertilize a plant of the same species (lets say I. Tricolor and another I. Tricolor) then will they produce more seeds for next season compared to if I didn't cross fertilize them?
