Poisoned Pigs

acorn

The two baby female duroc pigs at the feed store have been poisoned by belladonna, a member of the nightshade plant family. They are in kind of a pig tractor and the owner took out the plant, but due to this being a public area someone put it back in the pen. Vets and google say the same thing they will live or die. We gave them charcoal paste, water with molasses and electrolites. One seems better, her tail is curling again. The other one is still down, but ate some yougert when we gave it to her. We are giving them alfalfa pellets, yougert, amd buttermilk along with electrolites and molasses water. Send kind thoughts to these poor babies. Thanks.
