fertilized eggs for broody hen

Hey again! Okay, I successfully talked my broody hen into keeping her nest on the floor of my coop. I built a little enclosure around her (where the others in the flock can still see her through the fencing) and have her food and water in there. My 6 fertilized eggs arrived today and she is happily sitting on them. My questions are:

Do I still need to get her out from time to time for some exercise and to make sure she is eating and drinking?... or do I just let her do her thing?

When the chicks come, I assume that I have to supply them with chick starter feed and still provide Mom with her own laying feed. How do I (or do I?) keep Mom from eating the chick starter and vice versa?
