Aloha Graanie Bea- I have Tithonia and Giant Blue Hyssop seeds. Also have Bitter Gourd... However, the bitter gourd seed I have is for the small, 1" long, wild/medicinal type known as Balsam Apple (Momordica balsamina). Not sure if that is what you were looking for or not. You said you have a relative looking for Gourd seeds. How about Calabash Gourd, aka Bottle Gourd aka Opo Gourd? I have seeds of this one... When picked young and tender, its fruit can be eaten like a squash. When mature, it can be used as a gourd (for ornamental purposes, or to make bottles out of). We've traded seeds before a few times. Happy Spring everyone. So far, I have fresh seeds of Salvia Coccinea "Lady in Red" and "Coral Nymph" from plants that reseeded themselves from last year, butterfly and hummingbird magnets, plus Japanese Plum tree seeds Loquats), requires no grafting to bear plums. Wanting : Mex. Flame vine, Mex. Sunflower "Torch"-preferably shorter variety and Impatients other than red which are our favs- ab. 2 in across and darkest red we've seen, think they are called Flavours Hybrid Strawberry from Burpee..need to find out who I traded em with and thank her. take care...Bea

I can send spent flower heads that heve been drying for almost four weeks. I find it tough to sift through the chaff so I just plant the whole thing. It has worked out real well for me.
