Tomatoes with early flowers - insight requested

I usually grow my own tomatoes from seed. This year I bought plants. They were small seedlings and not obviously root bound. Unfortunately, several have grown flowers at just 6 - 10 inches of height. I'm blaming this on the late cold snap we had - 35 degrees.

Do I remove the blossoms, remove the plant, or do nothing? Is the plant so shocked it will put out fruit early and die?
