Have: Salvia Seed Sampler

I've finished sowing 20 different Salvia species or varieties and have a few seeds of each type left encompassing a range of annual and perennial types. I want to send these as one trade to someone who wants to try a variety rather than send them piecemeal-there are too few of each type to make that viable.

Many of these are from my 07 garden; others are from generous traders who sent more than the 10-12 seeds of each type I have room to grow. Those from trade were presented as '07 harvest. Some packets will contain 20 or more seeds, others only 4 or 5. I know mine were all open pollinated and assume those I received from GW friends were as well.

Salvia elegans, Pineapple Sage

I would like to trade for a few seeds of a Salvia not on this list or one of the wants on my page, but if no trade is forthcoming, I will send for postage.

Are there any other Salvias? Seriously now, I'd love to grow them all, if you want something from my list or for a small plant, please tell me, thank you.

I might have some older seed (2 or 3 years old) if you'd like to give them a shot. I had a few plants this year and they didn't get very tall at all, maybe 2' tops. Hi poisondartfrog,

Did you just finished planting them? You might want to wait until they sprouted and the seedlings seem fine before sending out your leftover seeds though. :)

Other than that, I am very interested in salvia seeds. I just sent you an email.

davemichigan, I am an impatient gardener-I don't normally reseed in the rare event something does not germinate, I just keep moving forward with the next genus, so no worries.

I would love to try any of the following. The only thing I have from your want list is Cobaea scandens alba. I don't have a lot of those, but can split my pack of seeds with you.
