Agreeing with you Jackie, Darla and Angie...:) Todd, you're doing the right thing, seeds aren't your problem, don't let anyone create needless frustrations for you, stop to smell the hand-crushed herb seeds thru the pkt. Btw, you know what I've been doing with seeds that looked dried and/or weren't what I'd plant near the house? Threw them across the lawn, near the trees , some across the ditch over the smaller trees. Guess what'd been growing there? Sweet Autumn Clematis -larger than the one near the house!, Passion flower ("May pop") huge plant and flowers, 4 o clock-light fuchsia color, Morning Glories- purple and fuchsia with a white center, who knows what might come up next spring, threw some Wildflower mixes over there lately, more MGs, cosmos, zinnia, salvia... etc. Want to have a nice view from where I sit here, with butterflies and hummingbirds around, for one. Id like to trade some Hot pepper seeds that I have as leftovers. From common to Ghost pepper. Ive been growing for a few years, but would like to get into starting from seed with Daylilies.
