Thinning store-bought bean seedlings

Hi,

I'm relatively new to gardening and recently bought 6-pack seedlings of a "haricot verte" pole bean, as well as a 6 pack of Maxibel bush beans just to try them. Most of the literature and online references all say these things can be spaced very closely (as close as 3"), but I'm wondering if that refers to single seeds?

Each of the cells in my 6 pack have at least 2 plants, some have 3. I'm wondering if at some point I'm supposed to snip them down to the 1 strongest plant?

The pole beans are planted in a single row at the back of my raised bed, and will go up a netting trellis. They are spaced about every 5-6" apart, so maybe I won't have to thin them?

The bush beans are planted in 2 short rows (3 in a row) and they're spaced equally about 6" apart.

Do I snip, or leave them as is?

Thanks!
