The Dark Garden: Pepper plot

Do you know that IÂve taken to asking the local sandwich restaurants to fry my peppers in for me in my food. I canÂt fry them at home they chase me right out of the kitchen. No, no I mean that. One second your taking in air fine and the next your living in a vacuum. Or at least no air your lungs want to take in. IÂve left pans burning on the stove while I beat retreats to the kitchen door. For more than fifty year I didnÂt eat anything hotter than a bell pepper. But for some reason in the last few years I learned I like that TING! So with that in mind I reworked the Waterfall Stand into a Pepper Plot. It holds 52 of the Waterfall Pods in a 2' x 4' x 4' space. Yes thatÂs a lot of plants in a small space but what can I say, I like variety. There were 3 different HabaneroÂs, Red, Orange and White. I bought 1 dried red and 1 dried black Chile pepper from Wal-Mart. The seeds were still viable. Traded for Congo peppers and had Bhot Joloka seeds from last year. Mostly The Chile peppers tho.

The single fruits are new seeds I got in that I wanted to make sure of seeds for this year. Because they were in the Waterfall Stand they were brought in and placed in Interchange gardens to over winter for next year.
