Few Sources In USA for Adenium....Why ???
Comments (52)alot of plants and houseplants are poisonous, animals wont eat the plant cuz they know better. they are a very easy plant to grow. Just dont water alot. They hate water and love sun. Water once a month if indoors and not at all if outside. Must have a sunny location though. I bought my oldest 2 plants from https://baobabs.com/Adeniums_generalities.htm 27 years ago back in 1991. The bigger one was 70euros or pounds back then. Last time I checked the prices had more than doubled but that was years ago also. The site is still around though. And yea, the double blooms and non red/pink blooms suck. I agree. I have a 6 foot tall one I grew from seed. Took about 5 years to get that big, so not really that long....See MoreMad Diary of Zone Busting in Zone 3 ...The End is a Long Way Away
Comments (7)Oh my. What is a passionate rose lover like you doing in that glacial hell hole? Reading about your endeavors has exhausted me and I haven't even lifted a shovel. I admire your grit and determination, but would love to see you rewarded with thousands of blooms on your rose bushes for all your hard work. I bet they could use engineers in zones 7 to 10!...See MoreSomeone has a Dorset Horn Adenium seedling!
Comments (54)Pagan I will lay it here. The ones that are about thumb size start at about $60. A bit bigger jumps to around $150. The larger ones in my photos are around $210. This is why I have to negotiate because shipping isn't even factored in yet. I say "around" because the Thai currency converters you find online are all wrong. You really don't get a true price until you are paying via Western Union who actually is up to date on currency rates. I have seriously shorted myself by using these online currency converters and have paid dearly....See MorePlease say Hi, and take a look at our Adeniums.
Comments (126)Hi Hyn Patty, this one was grown from one of KO's seed (Elegant Ballerina) I think it turned out much better then the mother/seed I purchased... I actually got 2 like this from one packet of seed & the others were similar to the mother plant. I sold off the others & kept the 2 bolder stripe ones for my collection. I love this flower too, the stripes are beautiful & it just screams tropical to me. I would love to try & breed a double of this flower one day. Below is a photo of the mother/seed I purchased from Mr Ko's website. Maybe you should buy a packet too. Rachel :) This photo is Elegant Ballerina & is taken from Mr Ko's website, to show the seed I ordered!...See Moresherrih
