Question: Lettuce seedling growth habit

Good morning 'gardening gurus'

I've searched for images to compare my lettuce seedling growth habit but came up with nothing.

Being my first time venturing into growing vegetable I'm unfamiliar with how these seedlings should be acting.

Lettuce types: Salad Bowl & Grand Rapids

Stage of growth: True leaves. Red Salad Bowl showing colour.

The seedling are growing on stocks. Initially these stocks or stems held the plant erect. Now they are laying or spreading over the surface of the soil rather than standing at attention. Aside from this growth habit the plants appear healthy & green.

They are inside a unheated polytunnel where the temperatures are fluctuating from 50F/10C to 73F/23C. Mostly in the lower range.

Are they lacking light/fertilizer OR is this their sprawling habit?

Thanks for your advice.
