Corno di Toro and Cubanelle Peppers

Does anyone have opinions on these peppers, Corno di Toro and Cubanelle?

Are all the plants sold under these names the same, or do vendors differ? I read them described as sweet peppers, but also references to being mildly hot, or even hot. Do differ sources have different plants?

Seems like there are different varieties of Corno di Toro, which at least differ mature color. Are some not hot, while others a hot pepper?

I bought an 'Aruba' pepper, which is an "improved" Cubanelle. Any opinions on the eating quality compared to generic Cubanelle?
