This is the story as I heard it "A neophyte composer once asked Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to give him a few tips on writing music (as far as I know there was no steenkin' software available). Mozart told him to work at composing for a few years, play a few tunes, put some time in kind of thing. "But," said the young man, "you didn't, you yourself didn't have to work at it for years." Mozart replied, "No, but I didn't have to ask for tips either.""
