Some of those plants can handle colder weather, but if they're easy to bring in (as in, not already planted), I'd do it. Maybe just put them in the garage so they don't warm up to 70, but they don't go down to 30 either.

Just cover them with an old sheet or blanket (not plastic). They will all tolerate a light frost if in the ground but in containers it gets a bit more risky since they would get exposed from above and below (under the deck) both. I'd set them on one blanket and drape another over a deck chair or suck to make a tent for them.

If they have been outside, at nights, they should be fine. Those are all cool crops that fros will not harm them.
But to be on the safe side just cover them as Dave said.
Make sure to uncover them before sun comes shining on them.

Thanks for all the advice! They are still in small cups, so just to be safe I put them in the basement, it stays very cool in my basement (I don't have a garage).

I bring my plants--cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, etc-- in and out all spring until they gradually go into the ground. One night in the house, even a day or so when it's too cold for the peppers and tomatoes, doesn't reverse hardening off.
