I Have a Very Limited Supply & Can Only Get Them One Month Out Of The Year

So Please, "Worth Wild Trades Only On These"

I Would Like To Do Two Trades Of Five To Six Each (Maybe More Depending On?) Of

Trapa Bicornis / Water Caltrop / Osbeck Nut Seed Pods

AKA: Ling Kio or Ling Chio / Bat Head Seed / Devil or Demon Seed

They Are Similar To a Water Chestnut

(One Pod = One Seed / The Pod Is The Seed)

The Seeds Are Good (Weeded Out The Floaters) & Some Have Already Started To Sprout

And

They Are a Wicked Looking Seed / Almost a Shame To Plant Them

Check Out Some Photos Of Them~

Perfect For Ponds & Water Gardens

? I Have Been Told Take They Can Also Be Grown In Aquariums ?

The Plant Anchors Itself To The Bottom Of Ponds

And

Sends Up a Thin Stalk With Floating Rosette Shaped Leaves

Hardy To Zone 5 / Frost Tender

Note~ Seeds Need To Be Kept In Water, If They Dry Out, They're Not Viable

~For More Plant & Cultivating Info. See~

Seeds Will Be Sent Priority Mail, Wrapped In Wet Paper Towels In a Zip Lock Bag / Boxed

As They Do Need To Be Kept Wet

I Prefer ~ Weird, Odd, Strange, Bizarre, Uncommon Types Of Plants / Nepenthes / High Humidity Loving Plants

Also Interested In~

Aroids / No Elephant Ears Other Than Black Verities Please

Ferns

Huernia / Other Than Schneideriana

???

Tempt Me

(Plants That Can Be Grow In Pots/Containers Only / Not Really Set Up For Garden Bed Type Plants At The Moment)

Also Have~

Mother Of Thousands / I Believe It's Kalanchoe Daigremontiana â Delagoensis

Have Plantletts Fresh Off The Plant + Some Rooted Plantletts & a Few Small Plants

http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/album/574640847HMsLiQ

And

Fresh Bryophyllum Pinnatum Leaves

http://community.webshots.com/user/EvilGardenGnome

Scroll Down For The Photos Of B. Pinnatum Or Google Image To See The Flower It Makes

Super Easy To Get Started

They Will Start To Root In About a Week If You Wrap Them In a Moist Paper Towel & Put Them In a ZipLock

Thanx

I don't think i have anything you would be interested in. I have Arum Italicum or Pinellia pedatisecta, can't think of anything unusual I have though.

I'm interested in your Trapa Bicornis seeds.

I don't know if you have a pond or not but I have Queen of Siam and Panama Pacific tropical water lily vips and Albert Greenberg tropical lily tuber. I also have bladderworts, Utricularia radiata, a carnivorous floating plant with really cool blooms.

I also have a red tropical lily night bloomer.

I haven't traded on this forum in a few years so if you want to trade, I'll be glad to send my end first.

    Thanks, Brenda

Thanks. I finally have an ID for these demonic looking nuts. They sell them at the Asian market. You can eat them like chestnuts (tree not water). Have you ever cooked them?
