I know I should post this in the Gallery forum and I will But I want to share it here as well. Some of you are getting or will get some Of these plants in trades, so I want you to see the parent stock. Some are older the last ones are from this spring, along with my Recycled yard art, Ponds, and some of my pets.

Oh Gayla - It's lovely! So nice to come inside after a very long and hot day to such nice pictures. I didn't get to see the Red Iris before.

I hope you didn't take my message the wrong way (I am a photographer too and I understand the time consuming nature of editing and taking photos). I just wanted to add that I find the Garden Web Forum in general to be different than some other forums that I have visited. Most of the posts here only get one or two responses it seems, whereas at other forums people would have posted 50 comments in the first hour all saying how they love your pictures. I kind of like this forum for being to the point without being overly chatty. You ask a question and get an answer, then the thread dies...but I must say, the pictures on this site are some of the best I have seen, so I love to just come surf through all the great shots people have shared (I had already admired alot of your pictures over in the Iris forum actually). So I didn't mean that you shouldn't share, I love to look at them, but I just don't think this forum is the place to get the response you were hoping for (it must be those big green thumbs making it difficult to type!). I think publishing them would be a great idea!

Ideas for landscaping with Kentucky fieldstone

Hi, we are building a new home in Kentucky. I love the natural look of stone so I had them keep all the field stone that came out of the hole that was dug for the basement! We are now at the point of needing to figure out what to do with a hillside on one side of the house, I am thinking of terracing some of the field stone down the hill, but I am not sure how to do it. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate some input. flower girl~~ they are made from some Floating lights I had in my ponds. When they quit working I discovered they could not be fixed, Not even change the battery?? So! Dh cut them in half and I spray painted them red and hand painted the rest. The Big one is just an old Wok I found at my late Mothers old house. I scrubbed off the dirt and rust, sprayed it with rust stop paint and then red hand painted the rest.

Karynl~~ That was made for me By the late Walter Morrison aka "The man that invented the Frisbee" He was a dear friend of mine and passed away in February this year. I will treasure it always.

Okay, so I have no idea why my post came up twice, at two different times?
I just wanted to thank you for the awesome lady bud idea. I am garage saleing it tomorrow with some friends and will be on the lookout for old woks...love to recycle! :0) vina
