I don't have a battery powered sprayer, but I kept running through cheap 1-3 gallon hand pump ones so I bought a backpack sprayer. It's great, pumping isn't a big deal because the pumping motion is like your arm swinging, and then no lugging around anything, much easier to carry things on your back. But the neighbors must think I'm crazy! But I can cover all 25 roses very well with this, it's a bit klunky, but most of my problem is that it's a small yard, and maneuvering is tricky. So having the liquid on your back helps. It's 4 gallons, so 4x8= about 50 pounds on your back may be a problem for some. For the battery powered sprayers, I bet if they have a big car battery you just keep it charged with a trickle charger, kind of like a motorcycle you store for winter. I've had one for over 12 years--one of the plastic pieces that threads onto the shower arm broke a couple of months ago. I bought a plastic replacement one locally but you can order a metal one from the company. I have the original Rinse Ace not the pet version. I used Hansgrohe in the Retroaktiv line (Tango, I think) with Moen Kingsley lav faucets and towel bars. I am happy with the bar and hand-held shower, and stylistically they complement the Kingsley line well. I don't know if you have already put in your shower valve, but I really like the way the Hansgrohe's Thermostatic one works. There are other threads about it. It is not cheapest, but a good value for the quality. Grohe is perhaps even better but also significantly more expensive. If you already have the valve, it won't make any difference.
