I'm looking for a few vegetable seeds. I grow and propagate a lot of unusual plants, and typically I trade things for postage. I'm willing to make this serious overkill if someone is willing to pay postage for both ends (which I guess would be pretty low for seeds anyway).
Most of the things I can send are from high elevations in the tropics, and they succeed in areas with cool, nearly frost-free climates (think San Francisco or slightly warmer). They would be appropriate for people with cool greenhouses or those in the milder areas of California (coast and coastal valleys of Northern California, coast of Southern California). They would not be appropriate for areas with hot humid summers. I will probably not send them to someone who does not have the appropriate growing conditions.
Since I would be asking the other person to pay all postage, they should check my rate and review:

I am looking for a few specific vegetables (amount in a commercial pack or the equivalent, fresh):
Sweet corn
Popcorn
Carrots
Green beans (climbing and/or bush)
Yellow wax beans (climbing and/or bush)
Radishes (quick maturing types)
Spinach
I'm not necessarily looking for unusual or interesting varieties of the above, but that is of course a plus.
For all (or most) of the above I can offer any or all of the following in trade:
Passiflora membranacea (rooted cutting)
Passiflora antioquiensis (rooted cutting)
Oca (Oxalis tuberosa, one tuber red/scarlet variety)
Salvia dombeyi (rooted cutting)
Impatiens tinctoria (short piece of tuberous root--hopefully will grow)
Passiflora Mission Dolores (P. parritae x P. antioquiensis, rooted cutting)
Agapetes Ludgvan Cross (unrooted or maybe rooted cutting(s) and maybe also Agapetes serpens)
Brugmansia sanguinea 'Inca Princess' (2 small unrooted cuttings)
Brugmansia "vulcanicola" (2 small unrooted cuttings, Strybing clone, likely a cross with B. sanguinea)
Cuphea cyanea (3 *VERY TINY* rooted cuttings)
Aristolochia trilobata (rooted cutting)
Lapageria rosea seedling (white x white cross)
I would emphasize that these are pretty much all small or even tiny cuttings, often a short stem with a leaf. "Rooted" means one or more roots have appeared, often very recently. They are not likely to be well-rooted. I find that cuttings shipped when they are just rooting do as well or perhaps even better than more established cuttings.
Cuttings of the Brugmansias have generally been rooting well when shipped, but not 100% (which is why I send 2). I'm told Agapetes are relatively easy to root.
I would probably send all but the P. membranacea bare root. The others would have to mature for a while to get root systems suitable for shipping in containers. So shipping should be reasonable for everything.
Photos of the plants for those who are not familiar.
