have to trade 3 hardy kiwi; 2 male 1 female

The three kiwi that I have are between 3 and 6 years old. They were vining up a wrought iron arbor that a winter ice and wind storm uprooted and warped. I had to dig them and trim them back to remove the arbor, and so I am hoping to trade them. The 6 year old male is enormous! The root mass is around three feet, and the 3 year old male is good sized, but not half that of the six year old guy. The female is smaller still (by nature) but has a good root mass (12 inches long and lots of tertiary)and she is 3 years old. They are from zone 5 and are hardy outdoors. They have not produced fruit for me yet, but maybe for you. We had to transplant the 6 yr. old three years ago, and I have heard that it can take a couple of years to fruit after a move. I am looking for a trade of equal proportions. I am interested in fruit trees, good sized blueberry bushes, and hardy grasses. In particular I am looking for a large clump of zebra, maiden hair, pampas, and norhtern sea oats. Thank you for your consideration. If you are in the area I am willing to arrange pick up. I might be interested in trading with you. I had 1 each, male and female, hardy kiwi at my last home. I never got any fruit either, though the variegated leaf on the male was beautiful! Is yours variegated?

I don't have any fruit trees or blueberry bushes. I DO have Zebra grass (Miscanthus Zebrinus), Maiden Grass (Graziella), Northern Sea oats, Red Switch Grass (Panicum virgatum Rotstrahlbusch) and Fountain Grass (Pennisetum alopecuroides) I could get nice starts from all of these but some of them are much younger grasses than others. The Maiden and Zebra are limited only by what I can dig/ship.

I have lots of daylilies, siberian iris, bearded iris, hosta, (named varieties); probably a bulb of Godzilla orienpet lily that's not too big to mail right now, plus lots of other small lilium which I've can't identify until they bloom (may be asiatic, oriental, trumpet, or orienpet); and I'm having a sale of potted plants right now and can e-mail you the list if you are interested plus will see what else I might be able to divide. Hi Ferncreek, I have Lance Corporol and persicaria Red Dragon that I can divide. I also have another persicaria but I cannot think of its name right now. I also have corydalis lutea(which can be a problem sending through the mail) I do have some nice ones in pots that may not be as stressed as those from transplanting. Kristina, as far as I know you can only tell when they bloom, or if you know a plant geneticist who can break it down to chromosomes. Your other option is to take cuttings when the seedlings mature and graft them to a bearing age vine.But I can't comment on how it will work as I haven't tried it....yet. Hopefully my seedlings do well this year and I can graft next year. Glenn
