Your most exotic crop?

What is the most exotic vegetable crop you've grown?

I've been dramatically expanding my produce horizons in the past few years, and have actively sought out all types of unusual produce. Many of them have worked very well in my Michigan garden, often much to my surprise. Some of course, failed to do well for various reasons, or did well but failed to impress.

Some of the things I've tried and enjoyed:

Yacon

Ground Cherry

Collards (well, exotic to us Yankees anyway)

Litchi Tomato

Daikonn and other Asian radishes

Chinese Okra (luffa gourd picked immature as a veggie)

Sea Kale

Agretti

This year, I've been searching out some other oddities, and I've ordered seeds of:

Macha (Lepedium), an Andean root crop similar to radishes

Guar Beans

Groundnut (Apios americanum)

Shark's Fin Melon (Cucumis ficifolia)

and a number of other things.
