help with making my own fertilizer

Essentially what I need help with is finding the individual components of the major and secondary nutrients that plants need.

I'd like to customize my fertilizer to the neeeds of the vegetable that is being grown.

I'd use one fertilizer mixture for root veggies, another

for tomato, bell pepper, and eggplant plants, etc.

I've tried to look online for these but haven't had success unfortunately. I'm looking for these nutrients in a powdered or granular form.

Can somebody help me locate these individual nutrients please?

The main things I'm looking are the Major Nutrients

that all plants need, which are Nitrogen, Phosphorus,

and Potassium. Are these nutrients, botantically referred to differently than the names I listed? What gardening supplies contain good sources of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium (bonemeal, lime, etc.)

The other things I'm looking for are secondary nutrients,

which are Calcium, Magnesium, and Sulphur.
