serissa tree looks sick...please help

Hi,

I just got my Serissa bonsai tree last weekend and it looks sick already. Some of the leaves on the top are turning white, and others are turning yellow and falling off. I have my bonsai right near a window air conditioner, but I put a towel over the air conditioner so that none of the air form it directly hits my tree. could it be too cold for my tree? Is the air conditioner still drying my tree out even though the air isnt directly hitting it? I water my tree when it needs it, so far, once on monday, and once on friday. I mist it about once or twice a day. I usually keep some water in the little tray it sits in. And when I touch the soil, right now, it feels moist. All of the flowers on my tree are withering as well. Someone please help, I really dont want my first tree to die. Thanks in advance for your help.

Sincerely,

Jacob
