Why yes, I does :). I have a black coffee table with a lot of brown in the room. Leather couch/chairs and wooden tables and miscellaneous pieces like the tv shelf. My table is from Thomasville. I like the 4 tables they can be moved when you have a party and that space needs a large table so they work nicely > IMO the layout of the space is a bit odd since the seats facing the TV do not look comfy for TV watching but maybe the TV is not important to you.

We have about the same size area and took out the coffee table. Too much furniture to walk around, we have smaller side tables for all seating except the middle of the sofa. We do have a nice ottoman and put a tray on it when necessary for drinks or serving. Kept the area inviting and open.

Looking at the picture of it with the couch, that the site provides, I'd say it looks ridiculously low and silly. And this is where it's styled to look good. I mean it's as tall as the long side of a letter page. William sonoma has something like this, but it's in travertine. It's what I would consider a more appropriate size. WSHtable
