Comments (2)I know I am probably too late on this, but if not: you should try the Great Room on Olympic and Stoner (in West L.A.). They will customize the sofa for you and the cost is not outlandishly expensive....See MoreWhere to buy a sectional sofa?
Comments (5)If you're OK with purchasing your new sectional sofa online vs. in a local furniture store then you should check out clubfurniture.com in North Carolina. They have a variety of custom sectionals in fabric (including slipcovered) and leather. They don't have physical showrooms, however, they'll send you free swatch samples of their covering materials. You can basically design your sectional to fit your room. Nice selection of styles and colors. Good luck! Comments (5)I had checked out their website already and it sounds good. I just want to make sure that it's a quality product and not one of those "you get what you pay for" things. Have you gotten your sofa yet and are you happy with it? What about the quality of the fabric and the feel of the cushions? I want a sofa that is pretty cushy and I was going to upgrade to the down option. Please let me know your impressions - it would be really helpful. I was also researching a sofa from Carolinachair.com. They seem to have a little bit better quality and better fabric choices, but the sofa I want is also about $2,000 more and I don't know that it's worth spending the extra money. Any input is appreciated....See Moresectional sofa (gasp) ideas
Comments (8)niff- I am in the same boat as you. I really dislike sectionals, however I need to optimize my use of space. I have a 3 and 5 year old and baby #3 is just weeks away from arrival. I bought a slipcovered sectional online at jcpenney.com for $1200. I didn't want to spend a ton, and the covers come off and I can wash them. For an extra $100, I bought the stain protection plan so if part of the slipcover becomes stained, it is guaranteed for 5 years to be replaced for no extra cost. You could also purchase an additional slipcover from them. I didn't receive them yet, on backorder until July, but the reviews I read were pretty good. Good luck on your sectional hunt!...See More- 11 years ago
