Casey, I'm wondering if these chairs would have a better chance being sold on their own or with the bistro like table that I bought them with. I have this posted on the decorating forum, to get ideas of how to redo the set. From a furniture point of view, (someone did mention that even during the period these chairs were around, that they might have been found painted black) and painting them black is what I'm contemplating. The base of the table is iron, and I'd give it a freshen up with black, and I'd paint the table top red and reseal it with poly. here's the set

Thank you for all the comments, I still love hearing from everyone and their opinions. I still am changing my mind everyday about that sink, it’s very useful... as far as everyones comments of it not being big enough (how big are your sinks?!... haha) btw the middle sink isn’t for washing, it is food disposal :) I use the left sink for washing and the right sink for rinsing. I do have some good news I just discovered 10 minutes ago (seriously)...it looks like the upper cabinets are original! Which makes me so happy because they are my favorite! Woohoo,... the doors are newer, I’m guessing to match the newer bottom cabinets. How easy is is it to move the dishwasher over to make room for this sink/or future vintage sink? It bothers me that it’s off center. And since the bottoms aren’t original so I don't mind moving things around. Thank you again to everyone so far !

Yes, sage green, but lighter than the border of your rug. Also plan to replace the rug with something lighter in color and use very light color fabrics for the runner on the buffet and one on the table. Also, the centerpiece on the table should be white or off-white. I'd also put something white or ivory on the buffet (candelsticks and/or a vase with white flowers.)

First choose a brand/product line for the LVP based on your budget and wearability criteria. Then bring home the sample board for that line so you can look at it next to your tile. You can always take a picture of it and update your post if you still have trouble deciding. There are too many brands and colors for people to be able to make blind recommendations. Whatever you choose needs to look good next to the furniture in the room also, and we have no idea what that is. There also isn't just one right answer. Do you like light, medium or dark floors? While light is what's "in" right now, there are still plenty of people doing something else because light doesn't work for them.
