Comments (8)It's important to keep in mind that because one can grow something in a small container it doesn't mean one should grow it in an insufficient container. Nor does it mean that the results are comparable. ;) And, just as with cherry tomatoes, there are many different varieties of pepper plants ranging from 6 inches tall to over 6 feet tall (or 8 feet tall with cherry tomatoes) so one needs to be specific as to the variety when saying something can be done. In this particular case the OP asked about banana peppers which are normally quite large plants. Dave...See Moresand pail mailbox
Comments (20)I read another post from grainz_of_art that said her computer got a virus and it was embedded in her pictures. I think she was afraid if anyone copied her pictures off of Photobucket that they would get the virus too. She was going to post more pictures once her computer is up and running again. I think I found it when I did a search on her name because I wanted to see if she posted the pic for this on another forum. You guys aren't the only one who wants to see it!...See Morecompost pail or crock
Comments (33)led_zep_rules - "If you need something fancy to compost in, your kitchen must look a lot nicer than mine!" Ha! I wish! :) I just like the looks of it. It also covers up the cat puke stain on the carpet quite nicely. :) leroym33 - I got the BioBag 3 gallon bags from drugstore.com but I just checked and they are no longer selling them. :( You can do a search on eBay for "Biobag" and it should pop right up. Also, on the BioBag website (http://www.biobagusa.com/Consumer.htm) they list all the places online that you can get them. Also, the little mini can isn't offered online, but it looks like this tiny one in the picture, only in white - http://www.lnt.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2046991&cp=1331610.1334530&view=all&parentPage=family. joepyeweed - I personally line the can with bags so I can just toss the whole thing in the compost bin. It's really helpful, especially during the summer and fall when I'm peeling zillions of apples and peaches and have to carry out a whole bunch of wet peels and cores. Plus, my can doesn't stink because there's no residue....See MoreI built a lovely storage ottoman for my crochet supplies!
Comments (7)What gallery? I am more than willing but cyber-challenged. I have a digital camera that I use to upload pics to my Yahoo photo albums and have since found out that I cant link them in any of the forums originating from gardenweb.com, which I find disheartening to say the least. Their garden photo gallery has me completely stumped also, after trying several times to post terrific garden pics. "Help" doesnt help. That should be an online abbreviated fav. HDH. My middle name. If anyone would care to walk me thru it, I would be most appreciative....See More- 8 years ago
