I am so sorry... Prayers for coping and for love for her family.
Here is her obituary if you would like to read it. Carol Plambeck Obituary - North Fort Myers, FL (nationalcremation.com)
I just heard back From Carols DD. (Robin) She wanted me to post for her since she is not a member:
On Behalf of myself and my siblings, thank you all so much for your condolences and kind words. It's nice to know Mom touched so many people, she truly loved this group. I remember when she told me she was posting on the site and I told her she had no idea who she was talking to, but she continued anyway. Then when she told me she was going in a RV (with Nita) and going to visit some of you at your homes I almost lost it. But I am so glad she didn't listen to me because she had so much fun!!! Thank you all for being a part of my mom's life. Take care. -Robin
LOL sounds like something my Dad used to love....those were the times when
the peanut butter and Jelly came out for the rest of us. Even the smell of it cooking made me
hurry and get out of the kitchen. Not much worse than the smell of cooking
cabbage. IMHO anyway. Maybe the cooking of liver and onions? LOL
I have a deep distrust of others' home cooking unless I'm familiar with their kitchen and sanitary habits.
I don't really trust most restaurants either, judging by Health Dept. reports, along with things I've witnessed myself at some.
Ugh - I'll never forget years ago, when we were waiting for a takeout order at a very popular Italian restaurant, and I was watching the kitchen workers - one dropped a knife on the floor, then picked it up and put it back on the counter, and another had sweat dripping off his face onto the pizza he was preparing 😳
" This food was so foreign and I had no idea what it even was , so I gave it to my pet bunny. "
I hope you've gotten over this attitude.
Sorry that Lars is stopping...one of my favorite posts each week.
Another Dolly...

Sallie loved all dogs, especially puppies. So if your pup needs a friend while he or she waits for you, Sallie will be there.
Yikes...be careful. I have been bombarded with deer eating my plants, etc. and
felt sorry for myself. Sure will take those deer to your old Bear. Stay safe.
Thars bears in them there woods!!!
Lovely scene, arcy!
Deer, coyotes, and others can travel from Southern Illinois up through Wisconsin and Michigan -- probably to Canada -- right through Chicago and small towns, thanks to forest preserves.
We have very few in our north suburb now though, thanks to contraceptives meant to thin deer herds. Still, 'the wild' will probably outlast humans. Last week I saw a hawk lunching on a rabbit in our back yard. Small animals are about to have a feast here for about six weeks as the 17-year cicadas emerge. Will we have enough coyotes to deal with the result?
