if you have an iphone you can take a pic and swipe up on the photo. It will give you an id, click “plant“, may even give the nane of the plant. Next it will give you some results from wikipedia. There will also be some links to some additional sites at the bottom. It works for pretty much anything, birds, insects, animals, inatimate objects etc…
I'm not sure. His dam is half Lamancha & half Nigerian Dwarf (mini lamancha). Usually their babies will have small elf or gopher ears. Every once in a while they have one with Nigerian ears. The other Mini Lamancha does dont usually care one way or another. He was the first baby born. He was alraedy out when I got out to the barn and she was butting him. We tried different methods of getting them to bond. She wanted nothing to do with him lol. Then she had another one with tiny ears like her. She loves that one.
That is the first baby we've had that was rejected. His ears straightened out and look normal now. He is doing great and is weaned now.
I had pulled the other 2 bucklings from their mom because the mom had 4. I left the 2 doelings on her.

@ Sunny Mississippi 8a, I am sad that thought even crossed your mind. No vendor has ever paid me to create a video or given me a kick-back. When I do a giveaway, I don't receive a rose/gift from that vendor. I do them truly just to share my love of roses with others. In addition, I pay for my own roses to remain impartial during a review.
If a vendor paid me for a video, I am sure it would be written into a contract that I couldn't take the videos down. I am thankful that I am able to take down videos that I see fit including those related to Garden Roses LLC, and 4 other vendors that I find problematic.
So many people had questions about Garden Roses LLC and had already placed orders when I asked Nate if I could visit. I am not sure what month Nate opened his shop, but it looks like I posted that video on November 7th.
I ordered 7 roses from Garden Roses LLC and had planned to giveaway 2 of those roses (Evelyn), during the unboxing. Like everyone else, I am an innocent bystander.
Thank you, AllSass, for your thoughtfulness. I think it’s ok if it remains as it is. Anyone who wishes to, can go back and delete any of their own posts that they are uncomfortable with, but letting up the “story” for others to benefit from is probably a wise idea. We can continue to use the thread to update on whether or not we receive refunds if we want to inform the rose community of such. Or, we can just let it go dormant if we have nothing meaningful to report. As long as it is not used in a harmful way, let it remain.
AllSass, I have Bathsheba and it’s an incredibly healthy and floriferous rose here! I’m excited for you to get it! I dont have JC or the Wedgewood Rose. I have Silas Marner and can report it has beautiful pink blooms and it seemed healthy last year for me.
I do not recommend Scepter’d Isle (which I sometimes get confused with Silas Marner since they both start with “S”) unless the grower wants a huge thug. Silas stayed within bounds and polite by the path. Scepter’d Isle went bonkers and was moved to the arbor where he almost reaches the top, after being planted as a bare root just last spring. I was quite amused but don’t mind now that he’s in a good spot to go bonkers.
If you get Jubilee Celebration, could you recommend to me where to order it? I had ordered a JC from GRLLC as well. It seems difficult to find.

Kristine - Your roses didn't come? Maybe Monday, I guess. Mmmmm....I love lemon cake!!! I had to google what a poke cake is. It sounds utterly delicious!! Colds are no fun, that's for sure...hopefully you're on the way out of this cold. I'm glad for Azalea that you always go to the Foster Parent/kids events. :) :) That does sound like a lot of work for one older guy to do. Ugh.
