It is a wonderful change! How did that big tree on the right side get in the ' after" pic? Was the " before" just a mock-up?

The big tree is in the before picture too- you can see the leaves only. I think you are seeing the shadow of the tree in the after not the actual tree itself......

I think the bump out on your lower level should be painted all white.
I don't think you can pick and choose on your trim. Paint it all white.

@Raz Matiz: "Can you change the yellow oak hardwood floor to this color"
Unless I'm mistaken the pictured floor is sanded and unfinished. You have a great deal of control over how an oak floor can be finished. Take a look at the web pages for Bona stains and Bona sealers to get an idea how a wood floor can be finished.

Absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful transformation! Those built-in tubs take up way too much space - the freestanding tub looks so much better. I also agree about removing the makeup area on vanity. I am renovating my master bathroom and happily removed my makeup area (I don’t wear much makeup - but even if I did, I highly doubt that I would have used a sit down area). My sister finally decided to leave a toxic marriage - and her new master bathroom is smaller = no longer has a makeup area - and she actually misses her old one (but still thinks it’s been a great trade off for also losing a verbally abusive alcoholic husband!) She’s the only person that I’ve personally known who actually used the makeup area in a master bathroom.
