Victorian Lace has been a good garden plant for me. Pretty flowers, too.
Here is a link that might be useful: Victorian Lace from Hortiplex Plant Database

I think the foliage on Black Eyed Stella looks great when not in bloom. Very clean looking. Also my Pandoras Box foliage does not look bad. That was another one I was going to suggest along with Holy Spirit.

+1 on pagoda-it's a real neat plant, native, and should be used more IMO.

My Satomi grows a lot wider than tall. All my white Kousas are upright.
That's the only difference I see, but I'm in a way different climate than yours.
it may be relevant, or it may not.

I really like Juniperus communis 'Gold Cone'
Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Filip's Golden Tears' — 10 feet tall, only 2 feet wide at the base.
I planted that particular plant in 2013. It was a 1-year graft, about a foot tall, at the time (it grows fast). This is its year-round color. In winter, it has orange highlights when it's cold.
It's on DR understock, so there's pretty strong odds that it will live for a while.
