The wood countertop is my pick. looks great and has cleaner lines than the laminate for a more contemporary look. its nice that it doesnt have that 4 inch backsplash. but i do agree with whomever said that the two tiles are competing...have you already installed backsplash?

with that big window there....i dont think you need a backsplash. i love fiss' idea for just a sheet of stainless behind the stove. would look sweet!

Zaz, I like the leaves because they are so you 💗 maybe just one though or if you get mirrors at nightstands you could drape one over each mirror.

I think you need two garlands. Assuming they are both the leaves. Take a photograph and compare it with one but one seems a little bit skimpy to me.

i dont think its boring, i think its lovely. a really big rug under the bed and curtains hung to the ceiling would be nice additions.

I have allergies too, I use a ceiling fan, I dust it monthly.

The first blue wallpaper is nice. What color are the console tables? You would probably benefit from lighter colored ones.

hi there! rredpenn mentioned that i just bought those dark blue velvet west elm curtains. I did buy them for my bedroom. ill attach a few pics of them in my room which is gray in hopes that you can see the color they are in an actual room versus a catalog :) They are def dark and very navy in color, and the grommets are very shiny stainless steel looking, but i absolutely love them.

first pic shows them kinda at a distance, and i included 2nd pic so you can see them very close :)

btw, im excited to see your finished room, you are getting great help and i bet it will be beautiful!
