It's a beautiful rug but I agree, not a good idea to cover it up with a table. :(
Do you think the traditional one would add more color? I think the zebra one looks richer, but fear it would look blah and too brown
So as you all know it takes me years to make a decision! I haven’t purchased the hillsby rug after reading some of the reviews stating it’s cheaply made and the colors are more of an orange and fish is color. Since then I’ve spotted this rug at pottery barn and like it. I’m wondering if someone might be able to do a mock up to see if the colors would go in my room. What do you think?
I like the look of that last one, salonva! The metal legs make it better, imo, (less visual weight) but not sure how it will play in your space.
Hmmm Just when I am positive I have seen everything on the market, here you show me something new and quite nice. I really love the look of that, BUT, although it has reviews, it says the pattern is actually printed on... also I think I would prefer some glass so that I might have a few items for display (but that is less of a deal breaker). The wood actually looks really nice....... and my goodness it's so inexpensive. Wow very different looking.
So do you think the 52 inches would be too skimpy on that wall?
And you wrote, the 52 inch should be centered under the tv- wouldn't that be for any size I get?
Pattern is printed on? Ah, phooey. That's why it's so inexpensive. Stick to the Chatham then. I don't think it will be too skimpy on the wall. You're right about centering the unit regardless of size. Not sure why I mentioned it. :)
Hope you're enjoying the changes. I like your white console table. Do you recall where you found it? Do you want to get new pillow covers for your current ones? What size would you need? I'm sure you'd find lovely ones on Etsy.
Homechef bought several and is very happy with them.
Thank you all for your input! I appreciate it. I'm gonna have a look when a little quieter here :)
