@ Itsik Hefez Have you selected Kentwood hardwood flooring? How is its durability?
Do you remember the details about floor? Collection, color etc
I believe it was the Sandstone Brushed Oak

Thanks Molly! The issue right now is, all I have is the empty room with fresh drywall and no lights! And the dining room is half covered with plastic. So I'm not sure it would be helpful.
@ Terri Grover - I am in the middle of a complete open kitchen and family room renovation. My cabinets and trim are all White Dove (BM) and Lower cabinets and island will be walnut or medium brown wood. We are thinking on Balboa Mist for the kitchen/ family room walls. Can I see your pics please?
@awm03 - what is the model no of your wolf please?

@
aimeenp how is your Genoa floor holding?
@sunarakaa i think pretty well. We also have an issue with the telegraphing, but my mom, husband and realtor say it's not noticeable except for to me...lol. High traffic areas in our kitchen are beginning to show a bit of wear, due to certain family members not being careful when they do dishes and getting water everywhere, lol. Overall, for the price we paid i'm happy.
@ aimeenp thankyou for your response. What kind of wear? can you share a pic please. In my case, I have to pay around $20/sq ft installed.
Has anyone installed Bella Cera Ravello collection? If so, how is it holding up? We're getting ready to have this installed.
@ Aaron Evans we are on the same boat and would like to know which brand did you go? Would you like to share some pics please?
"Casa Mia" is a collection within the Bella Cera brand.
Flooring of any variety, including engineered is BEST purchased locally from a local to you distributor of that flooring.

Before any whole home installation? You buy a box or two, and you lay it out. Better safe than sorry.
What someone else has for an experience, is often irrelevant. Installation, life styles, climate, all matter. This is WHY you have the discussion in a local flooring venue.

Stainless.
I've installed 4 sinks from Julien (Home Improvements) in 2 houses and been very happy with them.
I have had customers get the Silgranite sinks - didn't hear back except for one. The one who had trouble had a gray color and had lots of problems with staining on it which I found very strange. They did let her return it and get a different color which seems to be just fine ( I think she got the black one ) .
Blanco silgranite. Almost 9 years strong and still looks great.
Yes. Superior products are the logical choice.
Any updates on mirage solid hardwood white oak natural character brushed? I’m about to pull the trigger on it v raw wood and site finishing but I would love to know if the solid wood has the same “soft” issues.
@ jellytoast Did you go with Mirage Engineered hardwood? Are you still happy with the quality?
Thanks!!
