I can't get past that large section of orange wood off to the side -- it sticks out like a sore thumb and is just kinda hanging there with no relation to anything else on the back of the house. Paint or stain that first with something that coordinates with the rest of the back of the house and go from there.
Stephanie, I used Wrought Iron on my trim and fascia. (also used Behr Swiss coffee on the stucco) It doesn't give off blue tones. maybe it does for you if you're further north w/a northern exposure?
here's mine. it's almost black, and in some shadier spots it is
i did the trim before the roof. thought the roof (which looked really dark on the sample) was going to be really dark once up! It's not. I used a lighter gray but should have done it all w/wrought iron.
this patio cover is wrought Iron. next to the redwood bridge/plant wall, I think it works well.
why not just match the back,
the same way as the front?
Do the roofline w/the onyx, every thing else in the iron mountain. (check out Wrought Iron as well)
This one is actually Iron Ore, another nice choice
similar to yours. notice the trim around the windows and the garage doors
