I put together this tour of my front yard today! I had intended it the video to be about 5 minutes, but it took 20! I am slow and verbose.

One of my favorites is Easy Does It . I really love that rose. I had a hedge of Julia Child and it blooms constantly

Use the kitchen as it is, and while using the kitchen over time, keep a list of things you would change or improve. As you compile the list the priorities will become obvious. Some items will be able to done in the near future, some will be able to be done in the more distant future, and some will be done in the next house.
Edit: Some people would kill for a kitchen like that.

I grow Chandos Beauty and mine came from Hortico a few years ago. Very fragrant rose.
I'm probably in the minority here, but I got rid of mine. It bloomed a lot and the fragrance was nice, but the blooms liked faded to me with that unique coloring, and I didn't lik them atop the light green matte foliage. If they were against a lighter background (like a white wall or picket fence or something) I might've liked it better, but against our dark charcoal grey walls, it just looked depressing so it's gone. Mine did bloom well, did just fine in extreme heat, and had no disease.
Thanks for both of your feedback!
