Elmer you dump all over me for doing internet searches and laud personal experience. So I share experiences and then I'm told my personal experiences are "imagined or hypothetical". Elmer, I don't know why you insist I need to be seen by an endocrinologist. As I stated plainly above, I haven't turned to strangers on the internet to ask about my thyroid, and I don't need medical care for it. I don't take thyroid hormones, nor any other prescription drug on a regular basis. And you know perfectly well I don't live near a medical school, so I suppose this was yet another of your attempts to show off your sophistication (or something).
You accuse Annie of "carrying on," but you're the one who's carrying on. I posted a link to an article I thought some might find interesting, and you flew in like an avenging angel--although I think a different image might be more appropriate. You compare me to the character Emily Litella, a somewhat deaf elderly woman. You say without basis that I've condemned the world of endocrinology. And your accusation that I'm "too quick to latch on to conspiracy theories" is as laughable as it is rude and insulting.
