Odd that the door swings out into the hall, typically swings into the bathroom. Consider changing the door swing.
2 30” wide upper cabs plus 1 15” wide cab, plus retracting rack to dry/hang shirts if you need that feature. Next to w/d, ikea laundry hamper 14” wide if it fits. I see toothbrush, so family uses this as more than powder room, and slim storage could store hygiene products out of sight and safe from toilet flush overspray
Slim pullout bathroom storage
Something like this….
My bathroom measures 56”wide( just enough to accomodate a washer and dryer) by 10 feet. same set up as yours. Wall to wall Ikea cabinets over the w/d. l used to have wire shelving, but cabinets are a much cleaner look. For years a friend thought there was a shower behind the curtains. i keep them closed.
Does laundry room have windows? Do you mind walking from bedroom to opposite end of house to bathroom to get ready in morning?
Ist attempt, looking for your feedback. My floor plan is only 640 sq ft, so with your exact measurements your rooms would be more spacious. Enlarge the family entry. Relocate bathroom closer to BRs and LR. Eat In Kit. Specialized floor to ceiling mudroom storage for winter gear (boot cubbies, double rods for ski jackets, single rod for ski pants/bibs, place for skis/poles/hockey sticks, spot for gloves and touques, bench to take off boots.

Yes to a table instead of an island. I have lived in a lot of very old homes where islands simply didn't fit in the kitchen without having to do contortions to pass by. Tables are fantastically versatile. And believe me, they will get used to set down all kinds of things while you are in the cooking process.
The current layout looks smart. I like that the bedrooms are far apart and it sounds like you can really use a gigantic mud room.
What Debbie said! Great use of space.
