Quick question - Is your ref installed properly? It looks to be a counter depth model and those usually stick out a little further than what you are showing. It requires 2 side panels cut to about 26-27" depth which covers the sides of the ref and keeps the doors free to swing. Typically they are 1 1/2" wide at the front. Those 2 things together should make the pantry work just fine ( the door should swing toward the ref ).
They would have to do a new crown stack just across the front and left side.
Personally, I feel like they should spring for the materials and the labor to fix that but you might have to fight. If the ref is not installed properly, then that may help get things corrected. Do you have the model number?
Neither. For one thing, the pulls are overwhelming both vanities. For another, that vanity style is far, far from being minimalist/ Scandinavian. Lastly, too, too many intricate bits to clean & keep dust free.
I try to encourage folks to get the larger doors, if they can. It's just easier to carry things in and out and move furniture. Find sizes you are comfortable with and make sure that is noted on your plan. Same thing with your windows. Look at ones you have now or see at friends home and take a measurement. That way you can compare.
The interior doors in my house are 32" wide typically, with only one bedroom having a 30" door. After moving things in and out of these rooms for years I wouldn't recommend anything narrower than 32" on anything other than small closets and small bathrooms if space can allow.
I believe Thomasville cabinets can be modified in width. Check with your designer. It’s been a while since I worked in Thomasville, but when I left they had just changed their cabinet tiers so that if you were buying in the lower tiers and wanted something only available in a higher tier product you could purchase that one cabinet in the higher tier. Which you might need to do for the modified width cabinet.
I would move the dishwasher to the left of the sink. Your existing plumbing should be able to accommodate that change with little difficulty. It would add 1 1/2” to length for the dishwasher end panel.
And you should allow an extra bit of space in case the space isn’t 100% perfectly square. That is a tricky thing with a U-shape.
Go with a cabinet line that offers modified (custom) widths. Shiloh does....their semi-custom, frameless and builder grade Aspect all do.
Go with an asymmetrical cabinet. CB3336. It gives you 36" on one side and 33" on the other. The cabinet is also a lot easier to get into than a 33".
That's not "a very strong difference" in my book. You're getting nothing from your installer or Cambria; it's in their fine print.
