Make sure to read about each appliance and the required ventilation and space around and behind and in front of each unit. If your wanting to enclose them including the front your going to have to keep the doors open when in use. Also keep in mind the average life of any appliance now is 7 years. So when designing keep in mind space for new units may be larger than what you have now. Your going to also need access to pull the dryer out a few times a year to clean the vent and vent pipe in back . You don't want a house fire because you didn't think the entire design through first.
