We have both engineered wood and LVP in two different areas. Both are dark floors. The engineered wood shows footprint and hair and anything and everything. Its a little low gloss. The LVP has been fine but its in a bedroom ..also dark but no other problems. I think dark floors and glossy are the main problem with everything showing up on them.
