@molman I am a small contractor and use Borhn bathroom fixtures for a lot of my projects. However, I actually installed their version of the touch activated kitchen faucet in my own home about 8-10 months ago. If you're used to a traditional kitchen faucet it can take a week or two to get used to, but after that it's a game changer - I find myself instinctively tapping friends faucets without them having the touch feature! But always recommend it when the conversation comes up.
I also have one at a secondary sink and in the laundry room, and so far have had no issues with either of them. I also know from past experience the Borhn customer service is very responsive if you ever need anything, plus the fact they are selling directly to people like us so it turns out to be great value for money.
