Just a quick update. I reached out to Houzz and they explained that they're experiencing high volumes of reviews, but my review is now posted and out there for others to see.

Depends on the amount. Some would be getting a loan, taking out a second mortgage,,,,
@patricia Absolutely whatever works for the client and pro, but this is more asking what people would prefer to use if they could use whatever they want, if that makes sense. For example - I would absolutely work with a person to use whatever method they need, but if it is up to me and my preference, I'm paying online.
