Type of Lilly Pilly?? Calling all experts!

Fellow Lilly Pilly experts,

I planted 22 Syzygium Resilience plants 3 months ago and all are going really well except for one.
The problem plant is a lighter shade of green with glossy leaves and has Psyllid, roughly on around 25 leaves. It also hasn't flowered or had berry's like all the others. They are planted in large planter boxes with top grade soil 1 metre apart.
I assumed that the resilience plant would not get Psyllid, but also its a much lighter green plant then the other 21 and stands out.
Does this look like a resilience or what other type of Lilly Pilly could it be?

Thanks!
