Native Frangipani Pest/Disease

Albatross06September 4, 2012

Hi, I have 2 Native Frangipanis (Hymenosporum Flavum) planted adjacent to each other. They are currently dropping all leaves, have a sticky substance on & around the new shoots (which don't appear to be growing). This substance is attracting lots of bees. The trees are 2 years old. Have had these trees in various gardens for the last 30 years & never seen this problem. Can someone help/advise. Thanks in advance

If you could post a photo Albatross or marksuth of the affected part(s) it'd help.

Well, there you go, sometimes if you leave things alone mother nature'll take care of it.
