Eucalyptus grafting

We are wanting to plant a "feature tree" outside our house. In the beginning I wanted a native so went for eucalyptus as an obvious one. Through my research I came across the rainbow gum, Euc. Deglupta, one of the few Eucs not endemic to Australia. Great looking tree so decided to compromise on the native part. Only problem, the rainbow gum grows to around the 30m and we were thinking 5-7m at the most. I've seen the dwarf versions of lemon scented and red flowering gums that have been grafted to different root stocks to stunt their growth as well as making them more hardy plants. I know these are Corymbias and not Eucs but is it at all possible to create a graft or dwarf version of the rainbow gum? I don't know much about this stuff at all so any information would be helpful.
