Aster tataricus
Aster tataricus is a striking native of the Russian Tatar Mountains.
Heights can reach 6 to 7 feet tall. In the late autumn lovely, soft blue
flowers appear that last well into November and even December if there have
been no killing freezes. Aster tataricus is a very vigorous grower so give
it plenty of room. It grows equally well in sun or light shade.
