The Prize!Carex grayi
Carex grayi is a grasslike plant in the Cyperaceae, or sedge, family. It makes a 12" to 18" clump in a season or two and has interesting globose seed heads that are often used in flower arrangements. It does well in sun or shade and average to moist soil.
