i'm 17 living in Sydney and currently studying my first year of cookery theory and training. i'll be starting my apprenticeship in 2005 and hopefully have my commercial cookery certificate III by late 2007. although somewhat lacking in knowledge, i have an avid interest in strange fruits, flowers and cacti. i don't have many seeds to trade with yet :( but any donations would be very much appreciated.
